i found something kewll tonite (yup been browsing the net for the past 48 hrs, since i got my broadband) on the net.
You can let Adobe read the PDF files to you. Seriously, try it out. You got to have Adobe v6 and above. Then Pres Ctrl + Shift + B. Walla!!
To stop go to View > Read Out Loud > Stop
