Help Me...i cannot sleep

why i'm alwiz having this insomnia thing..its 3am and i'm still awake and puffing my cigarette.hey i already try to sleep 2 hrs ago..but i just end up rolling left and right. if you can sleep soundly, you should feel lucky...not everyone is as lucky as you.....here is someone who suffer from sleeping disorder and the best part is i have to wake up before 7am....demmit.
